Upon saying that, all his management team including him teared sadly. The world has changed too fast that the company like Nokia, respectable company, haven’t done anything wrong in entire period of time. We can say that their opponents were too fast & powerful therefore Nokia missed out on learning, they missed out on changing, and the result was they lost the opportunity & race. Nokia not only missed the opportunity they lost a chance of survival. The message of this story is, change is the law of Nature therefore if you don’t change, you shall be removed from the competition & market. It’s not wrong if you don’t want to learn new things. However, if your thoughts and mindset cannot catch up with time, you will be eliminated. Conclusion: Those who refuse to learn & improve, will definitely one day become redundant & not relevant to the industry & market.
